Position Details

Schedule: 4x10 Hour Day Shifts (08:00 - 18:30)

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient case management for pediatric patients in an acute care setting.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Utilize EPIC documentation system for accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

Experience:

At least 3 years of acute inpatient case management experience.

Level 1 trauma experience required.

Certifications: BLS certification required.

Benefits

Compensation

Base Pay Rate: $72/hour

Overtime: 1.5x after 12 hours/day or 60 hours/week.

Holiday Pay: Eligible for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
