We are seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience working with registered investment companies to join our Financial Services group. Our team is a leading adviser to financial services firms, asset managers and investment funds, representing clients that range from small start-up and boutique operations to some of the world's largest financial institutions. Our practice is among the largest in the industry, and we?ve been innovating in this arena for more than 40 years. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for:

Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act required
Experience with exchange traded-funds, variable insurance products, business development companies, investment advisers, and/or commodities work is a plus
Large law firm, in-house or regulatory agency experience preferred
