We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee our operations within [specified region]. The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and channel partner relationships, and implementing business strategies to ensure consistent growth and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth : Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Distributor & Channel Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, C&F agents, and channel partners. Support them in achieving sales targets and ensure seamless distribution of products.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to perform at high levels. Set objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure team alignment with company goals.
  • Market Development : Identify and develop new markets, distribution channels, and partnership opportunities within the region.
  • Brand Representation : Represent the company at regional trade shows, dealer meets, and networking events. Ensure brand visibility and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • 5+ years of experience in regional sales management, preferably in the electrical or consumer electronics industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of regional distribution channels and market dynamics.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
