Responsibilities and practice Dentons Bingham Greenebaum LLP is seeking a mid-senior associate to join our sophisticated and highly regarded Real Estate practice in the Indianapolis office. The position will include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on case and workload demands. The candidate hired for this position will work collaboratively with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional matters. Position requirements Personal skills/attributes Must have superior communication and be able to work in a team environment Must have the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure Must have the ability to interact and work productively with all levels of firm staff Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and great organizational skills are essential Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills Strong computer technical skills and demonstrated ability to learn new software Ability to maintain discretion and privacy with confidential matters and documents Excellent client service, ability to work overtime and travel as needed Technical skills 3+ years of experience practicing real estate Ability to meet minimum billable hourly requirement Ability to recognize and comprehend facts and legal concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF creation tool(s), document management software, timekeeping software, Intapp Time experience preferred, Internet required Other requirements MBA and/or business experience preferred but not required Licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana Equal Opportunities Dentons Bingham Greenebaum is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Individuals with Disabilities and Protected Veterans.
