Job Description

Ice Miller is seeking a senior-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join our Litigation Practice Group, preferably in our Indianapolis office. If you're looking to be part of a team who cares about your career and where your work makes a meaningful impact on clients, the practice, and your colleagues, we?d love to hear from you. Ideal candidates will have five (5) to eight (8) years of experience, a strong interest in leading cases, managing teams, and contributing to strategic case development and execution. Handle all aspects of litigation: initial assessment, pleadings, discovery strategy, motion practice, depositions, trial and/or oral advocacy Supervise less experienced associates and paralegals, assisting with their development and training Collaborate with partners in business development and client relationship management, reflecting the firm?s entrepreneurial approach to partnering with clients Lead fact investigation efforts: interviews, records review, e?discovery At least five (5) years of experience practicing law in a law firm and in-house environment
