Direct Counsel has partnered with a national law firm who is seeking a Real Estate Finance attorney, to join its thriving Business Transactions practice group. They are considering candidates for their Denver, CO office location, and such candidates would support cross office needs in Arizona and Nevada, as needed. Arizona, California, and/or Nevada bar would be a plus.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of general real estate experience
Experience in documenting, negotiating, closing, and conducting due diligence for real estate secured loans.
Strong academic records
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Committed to providing exceptional client service
CO Bar

Benefits and Compensation:

Competitive compensation between $190,000-$225,000 per year based on qualifications and experience
