Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience representing lenders in debt financing transactions secured by commercial real estate. In addition to superior academic credentials, the candidate should have excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. This position can be structured as part-time or hourly for appropriately qualified candidates.
