JonesDay is seeking an ambitious mid-level associate to join its national RealEstate Finance team. Qualified candidates should have 3 - 8 years of law firmexperience working on sophisticated real estate lending transactions. Exposureto balance sheet bank lending work preferred, but not required. Additionally,candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, superioracademic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility andclient interaction. To be considered, please provide a cover letter, resume,and law school transcript. The RealEstate Finance practice is closely integrated across the U.S., and accordinglycandidates will be considered who can work from one of the following officelocations: New York, DC, Chicago,Atlanta, Dallas, Cleveland, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine.
