JonesDay is seeking an ambitious mid-level associate to join its national RealEstate Finance team. Qualified candidates should have 3 - 8 years of law firmexperience working on sophisticated real estate lending transactions. Exposureto balance sheet bank lending work preferred, but not required. Additionally,candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, superioracademic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility andclient interaction.
