Real Estate Finance Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our dynamic Real Estate Practice Group, with a primary focus on real estate financing transactions. This position is open to candidates in Chicago, Atlanta, or any of our Ohio offices?Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, or Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of standard real estate finance matters, including loan originations, acquisitions, dispositions, and related transactions. While the primary emphasis will be on real estate finance, there will also be opportunities to support the broader real estate practice, working on a diverse range of commercial real estate matters.
Chicago Candidates: The estimated salary range for this position is $215,000 - $255,000.
Qualifications:
Juris Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership licensed to practice law in Ohio, or eligibility for admission. the resident-office jurisdiction.
3-6 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, preferably at a law firm or in-house legal department.
Strong Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience Experience with standard real estate finance transactions.
Excellent Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong Strong communication and client service skills.
