Our dynamic real estate department represents owners and developers in financing, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and other real estate matters. We also regularly represent these parties in organizational structuring, real estate joint ventures, complex debt and equity financing transactions, and private offerings in connection with real estate development. YOU HAVE: Four+ years of extensive experience with real estate transactions such as acquisitions, leasing, title/survey review, financing and development. Familiarity with Delaware Statutory Trusts and joint ventures is a plus. Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base. Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills. Admission to the Illinois State Bar or meet the requirements to waive in.
