Job Description
Public Finance Attorney with a minimum of 3+ years' experience to experience to join our Public Finance team in Woodbridge, NJ. Our practice represents a wide range of entities, including municipalities, school districts, housing authorities, state, regional, and local conduit finance entities, as well as underwriters, lenders, and borrowers across diverse financial transactions. The candidate should have experience analyzing, drafting, and negotiating disclosure documents, agreements, resolutions, and closing documents. Prior experience representing governmental entities is a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills are required. This is an on-site position based in the firm?s Woodbridge office. A New Jersey Bar license Admission to the NJ bar in good standing is required. The salary range for a Public Finance Attorney is $140,000 to $158,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate?s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of Wilentz?s total rewards package, which also can include a discretionary performance bonus and, or an origination bonus.
