Job Description

Our office seeks an attorney with at least 5 years' experience to join our Public Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in municipal law and public finance transactions including analysis of tax issues relating to Section 103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as amended) and other transactional experience relating to, among other things the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, the County and Municipal Utility Authorities Law and the County Improvement Authorities Law. Responsibilities will include analyzing, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements, resolutions and other documents, as well as conducting research and memorandum to clients on an as needed basis.
