Project Manager

Location: My Design Minds, RZ-23, Third Floor, Sitapuri, Near Dabri Police Station, Delhi (110045)

Salary: 12,000-15,000 (in hand) per month

Job Type: Full-time

Entry-level: Fresher

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for searching, identifying, and selecting the right vendors, negotiating favorable terms and prices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely project deliverables. You handle the preparation and management of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and challans for both vendors and customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Regular communication with customers and the internal team is essential, as you provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure seamless coordination. You prepare and update project plans and boards, monitor progress, and conduct follow-ups with the team and vendors to maintain quality and adherence to deadlines. Additionally, you support management in decision-making by collecting and organizing project information, ensuring budgets and profits are intact, and helping maintain the company's financial health. By efficiently managing these responsibilities, you ensure that projects are executed smoothly, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the firm.
