Role & responsibilities

Knowledge of appropriate and effective project or programme management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects, expertise in managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.

Responsible for checking the quality, billing of material, ensuring the execution is done as per drawings, status of project, coordination with architects for drawing etc

Should have good exposure in project & construction Management, comprehend, analyses, and interpret various types of business documents.

Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in a pre-designed style and format. Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management.

Should have handled projects from initiation stage to handover stage

Candidate experienced in corporate fit-out projects and working with contractor company / designer firms / PMC would be preferable.

Desired profile must have

Qualification- B.E / B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical, MBA in Project/Construction Management

Experience

3 to 5 years

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Primavera, Auto CAD, REVIT, STAAD PRO
