Requirements

Total of 15 years and a minimum of 6 years of project management experience, particularly in government or public sector projects.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.
Strong understanding of government regulations, compliance issues, and funding sources.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with government stakeholders and team members.
Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field is preferred.
Experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or similar) is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel as needed for project-related activities.
Experience working in a collaborative environment with diverse teams.
