About the Role:

Being the single ?go to? source of truth on project status

Be a driving force in moving projects toward completion.

Making the news rather than reporting the news?

Coordination of multiple teams who may have differing objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

Coordinate project planning for supply chain and engineering cost reduction projects

Run project team meetings to review project status and obtain commitment to critical milestones.

Work within Carrier supply chain, operations, and engineering organizations to drive progress of cost savings projects

Track and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Communicate to upper management status of all projects under tracking

Develop concise reports on project status that can be used in management updates.

Develop detailed project schedules that track interdependencies, critical path, and long lead time tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.

University Degree or equivalent

A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience

Advanced Excel skills to include formulas, macros, and power queries.

Experience using project planning tools such as Microsoft Project.

Preferred requirements:

PMP project management certification from Project Management Institute (PMI)
