End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently manage multiple full-service research projects from initiation to delivery.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors.
Review project specifications and research designs for fielding and data collection.
Monitor all project elements, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
Manage external vendors to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
Communicate updates, recommendations, and issues to clients and internal teams, involving seniors when necessary.
Use Sago systems effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with clients to provide timely project updates.
Deploy samples, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quotas are met on schedule, including handling reprovals and field reports.
Address urgent issues promptly, escalating when needed.
Support internal and external teams in coding, analysis, and reporting.
Validate and prepare data for delivery.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data while maintaining project margins.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow company SOPs and undertake other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience:
Must have 5-8 years of experience working in a market research environment or consumer B2B combined PM experience.
Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus.
Computer Skills:
Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
