We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager with a strong background in corporate office fit-out projects to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale fit-out projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage corporate office fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.

Conduct regular site visits to oversee project execution and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.

Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech).

8+ years of relevant experience in project management, specifically in corporate office fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work from the client site office location.
