We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team and help lead high-end residential renovation and new construction projects. If you have a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we would love to meet you!

Project Leadership:

• Manage all phases of high-end residential renovations ($100K+), from initial planning to final walkthroughs.
• Create clear scopes of work and oversee project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Design Oversight:

• Partner with designers to ensure projects meet aesthetic and market standards.
• Make confident material and finish selections that align with clients' budgets and home styles (e.g., traditional, mid-century modern).

Budget, Contracts, and Compliance:

• Prepare and track project budgets to maintain financial health without compromising quality.
• Navigate Northern Virginia's permitting and inspection processes with ease.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and relationships with professionalism and fairness.

Communication & Client Care:

• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates with clarity, positivity, and solutions in mind.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years managing high-end residential renovations ($100K+).
• Demonstrated ability to oversee both light renovations and full gut rehabs.

Skills & Strengths:

• Strong design sensibility and ability to make aesthetic decisions.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of residential construction processes and materials.
• Familiarity with Northern Virginia's permitting and building code requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP or LEED are a plus.
