Project Engineer

Assist in the installation,

testing, and commissioning of solar panels, inverters, and other related

equipment at project sites.
Conduct regular inspections of

electrical connections, cabling, and mounting structures to ensure

compliance with safety and quality standards.
Work under the guidance of senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve site-level issues related to solar systems.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily progress and issues from the site.

Coordinate and follow up with contractors regarding the AMC (Annual

Maintenance Contract) work to ensure timely progress and completion of

tasks as per the agreed schedule.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during on-site activities.
Ensure all work complies with government regulations and company policies.

Office Work:
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for solar installations based on project requirements.
Assist in basic designing and layout planning for solar systems using

tools like AutoCAD, SolarEdge Designer, or equivalent software (training

will be provided).
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of materials and follow up on delivery timelines.
Support in preparing project documentation, including site survey reports, technical reports, and system performance records.
Maintain records of inventory and equipment used for projects.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Project Engineer
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Project management and supervision skills
• Decision making ability and leadership skills
• Current engineer license
• Time management and organization skills
• BS degree in Engineering or relevant field
