Project Engineer

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled?Project Engineer?to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the AV industry and a strong understanding of system design, implementation, and onsite project execution. You will work closely with the project manager, technical team, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of AV integration projects.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of AV integration projects.
• Support the project manager with documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Interpret AV system drawings, signal flow diagrams, and schematics.
• Oversee onsite installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems including displays, audio systems, video conferencing, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX).
• Conduct system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and commissioning.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors during project execution.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company standards and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users post-installation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as reports, test results, and handover documents.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field.
• 2?4 years of experience in the AV industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems integration, cable management, and equipment installation.
• Familiarity with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, Shure, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with onsite project execution and coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
