We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of five-star hotel projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, budget control, quality standards, and seamless coordination among stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing luxury hotel or high-end commercial projects.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar software.Knowledge of hotel construction standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
