Job Description

A growing number of employers are looking to improve the health and well being of their employees through dedicated onsite care and One Medical?s Employer Strategic Programs team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative programs that enhance health outcomes for employees of our current and future enterprise clients.

As the Program Manager for Employer Strategic Programs you will play an integral role in a team responsible for demonstrating our value proposition of better health at lower cost of care, essential for serving existing clients and for supporting growth. Your reach will span multiple clinical programs and services in the employer space.

Key job responsibilities

Ongoing program management and cross-functional collaboration that drive engagement, including evaluation, continuous improvement and demonstration of program outcomes

Deploy, implement, and track outcomes for new programs and services for targeted health conditions, working in close collaboration with internal teams, such as clinical, operations and technology leaders

Translate existing One Medical programs to the employer space and vice versa, engaging in needs assessment and development of an implementation plan and coordinating execution of the plan

Develop a strategic framework for management of employer KPIs, continually updating our understanding of current state and future needs, and an action plan for improvement to meet contracted performance guarantees

Identify needs and best practices from the employer/benefits space including competitors? solutions

Liaise with One Medical?s product and data teams to drive improvements in patient experience and engagement

Develop population health strategy to help employers increase quality and reduce the total cost of care

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
