Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT)

NVelUp, a mental health care company that helps patients achieve wellness and mental stability through a holistic approach, is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT). As a Mental Health Therapist at NVelUp, you will have the opportunity to work alongside patients and help them overcome issues or ailments that prevent them from being present in their relationships, fulfilling their responsibilities, and being the best version of themselves. We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team and help us on our mission.

This is a remote, contract position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to patients
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients
• Provide crisis management services as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress
• Collaborate and communicate with other healthcare professionals as part of patient care

Requirements

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT)
• Master's degree in a mental health-related field
• Knowledge and experience in a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a full caseload
• Computer with webcam and audio and a strong Internet connection
