Law Firms,? are seeking a an experienced Professional Liability Attorney with a minimum of 4 to 12 4+ years of experience in handling business litigation, and preferably litigation. Experience in legal malpractice, accounting malpractice malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide and a local group of approximately 12 attorneys that prioritize teamwork and the delivery of high-quality legal representation to the firm?s clients.

This position offers the candidate, but will ideally include the management opportunity to join a fast-growing national firm of over 200 attorneys, while working closely with a highly collaborative team, focused on delivering top-tier legal representation, and fostering a strong culture of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full litigation caseload and working cases from inception through resolution, including communicating resolution.

• Communicating directly with clients and providing status reports, taking regular case updates.

• Taking and defending depositions, depositions.

• Participating in motion practice and participating in trials. The candidate will handle trials.

• Handling a wide array diverse range of professional liability matters, including malpractice cases and claims against involving attorneys, insurance agents/brokers, accountants, insurance professionals, and real estate agents.

Successful candidates will have access to exceptional career development opportunities and a competitive total annual compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $210,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition rewards package, including the potential to base salary, Kaufman Dolowich offers an annual discretionary bonus, earn performance-based bonus, unlimited PTO, professional bonuses.

Target Hiring Range: $150,000 - $210,000.
