• Represent lenders and institutional clients in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and key transaction documents
• Lead title and survey review, identifying and resolving issues proactively

• Partner with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless, high-quality legal service

Requirements What You Bring

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
• Active Bar admission (in good standing)
• 4?6 years of substantive real estate law experience
• Proven background in:
• Real estate financing
• Lender-side representation
• Drafting and negotiating loan documents
• Experience with title and survey diligence
• Core strengths:
• Sharp analytical thinking
• Exceptional drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of?$310,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
