Product Designer

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define design requirements and create user-centered solutions.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for our accounting software applications using wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability findings to enhance user experience continuously.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and best practices.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs across different platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to foster innovation in our products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, User Interface Designer, or similar role in software development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent design work and a user-centered design process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles and practices, especially in accounting or finance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
