Process Technician - Injection Molding

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Process Technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Technician-Injection Molding

Location: Mebane, North Carolina

Pay Range:

$33 per hour

What's the Job?

Set up and operate molding machines according to specifications and work instructions.

Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.

Inspect finished parts for defects and take corrective actions as needed.

Perform routine maintenance on molding machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.

Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions.

What's Needed?

Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, tooling, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Thorough attention to detail.
