Job Description

Katten, a Global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its premier Private Credit Department, working from its Los Angeles office.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience. Candidates must have demonstrated lending experience (borrowers side exposure is a plus), and general experience with a variety of financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations (experience with asset-based financings, restructurings and workouts is a plus).
The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $420,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
