How will you make an impact?

Jabil is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead a cross-functional, WW team to design and deliver a portfolio of networking hardware platforms in a joint development model with key customers.

The team will include but is not limited to the following functions ? engineering, architecture, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, service, and support.

The Principal Program Manager is a senior role responsible for running large complex programs, including contingency planning and issue resolution. This role ensures that all programs and projects follow standard procedures and governance used in the management and deployment of programs

The Principal Program Manager contributes to and demonstrates a solid understanding of program vision and roadmap, while maintaining awareness of cross-product/program synergies and actively communicating opportunities to simplify or better align work across teams.

What will you do?

Oversee the direction of multiple programs, ensuring alignment with world-wide cross-functional delivery teams

Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to develop project and program resourcing strategies, ensuring optimal support for projects and daily operations

Identify program impediments and guide proper escalation as needed, planning and scheduling programs to deliver key milestones and manage interdependencies

Review and monitor project health with functional leaders, establishing and implementing metrics to measure project performance

Manage global communications regarding release plans and deliveries, ensuring regular, active communication with customers, key stakeholders, and executives

Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by anticipating, meeting, and exceeding expectations, and prioritizing customer issues

How will you get here?

Education:

Bachelor's Degree, or a 2year Technical Degree is required

Experience:

8+ years' experience in enterprise hardware design and electronics manufacturing is required

5+ years' experience driving cross-functional delivery of networking and/or enterprise hardware designs from planning through mass production

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

+ A combination of Education, training and experience will be considered

Demonstrated team leadership capabilities with strong communication, interpersonal, and influence skills

Prior experience driving collaboration with customers on hardware design projects

Strong operational and financial knowledge

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environments

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

4-year degree in Engineering, or other related area

PMP

15+ years' experience

Salary range: $157,200/ $220, 100/ $282,900 Annually

Target Bonus: 30%
