Job Description


We are seeking an associate with 2-5 years of post-law school experience. Boston, New York and Washington, DC are the preferred office locations. Responsibilities include: Invalidity analysis of patents and prior art Draft IPR/PGR petitions and legal and technical arguments/briefing Work with experts and prepare expert testimony Conduct and defend expert depositions Oral advocacy before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board Qualifications Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study is preferred but not required Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York or Washington, DC. Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred, but not required Patent litigation experience before the PTAB Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings The expected salary range for this position is $225,000 - $310,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for an annual hours-based bonus.
