Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory and imaging studies.
- Perform medical procedures and interventions as necessary.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments to patients.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to provide coordinated patient care.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient medical records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements through continuous professional development.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to healthcare regulations and protocols.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Valid medical license and board certification in the relevant specialty.
- Previous experience as a Physician in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
