Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Advanced certifications in specialties (e.g., orthopedics, neurology) preferred.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of clinical physical therapy experience.
• Leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and budget management.
• Proficiency in quality improvement strategies and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to mentorship and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate physical therapy staff.
• Coordinate PT services across clinical settings to ensure seamless patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission).
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and equipment.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide clinical guidance on complex cases and staff continuing education.
