Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Supervisor to lead and elevate a dynamic physical therapy department. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care, staff development, and compliance with regulatory standards while fostering collaboration across healthcare facilitieslocated in Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Roswell, Truth or Consequences, Santa Clara, and Los Lunas, New Mexico .

- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Advanced certifications in specialties (e.g., orthopedics, neurology) preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of clinical physical therapy experience.
- Leadership or management experience (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and budget management.
- Proficiency in quality improvement strategies and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to mentorship and staff development.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate physical therapy staff.
- Coordinate PT services across clinical settings to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission).
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and equipment.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical guidance on complex cases and staff continuing education.
