Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a per-diem role in a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Albuquerque, NM . This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated LPN looking to contribute to patient recovery and long-term care with the flexibility of a once-a-week overnight shift.

Position Details:

• Location: Albuquerque, NM
• Employment Type: Per-Diem
• Schedule: 1 shift per week, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Hourly Rate: $29.98/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and assist with wound care as directed by RNs
• Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and patient progress
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about post-care and recovery
• Ensure accurate and timely charting and documentation
• Follow all facility protocols, safety, and infection control guidelines
• Offer emotional support and serve as a patient advocate during rehab

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active New Mexico LPN license
• BLS and CPR certification (required)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year in rehab, long-term care, or acute care setting
• Technical Skills:
• EMR proficiency, clinical documentation, wound care
• Soft Skills:
• Detail-oriented, empathetic, communicative, team-focused
