Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments or injuries. This role focuses on restoring mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities through personalized rehabilitation programs. The ideal candidate will work with diverse patient populations across all age groups in dynamichealthcare facilitieslocated in Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Roswell, Truth or Consequences, Santa Clara, and Los Lunas, New Mexico .

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques (e.g., manual therapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to assist patients and demonstrate exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical abilities through evaluations and observations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Administer hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic care.
