We're hiring a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on patient care in a well-equipped outpatient setting . This role involves assessing movement limitations, developing structured therapy plans, and guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey. Competitive pay and excellent benefits are included.
Position Overview:
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8 AM4 PM or 9 AM5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts
- Salary: $85,000$100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Core Duties:
- Perform assessments to determine patient mobility and functional needs
- Create and implement structured rehabilitation plans
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and progress tracking
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Florida PT License or eligibility
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
