Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is needed in Pompano Beach, FL to join a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role provides a structured and team-oriented environment where patient care is the top priority.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation:
- $55,000 $60,000
Patient Volume:
- 12 patients per hour
Position Overview:
- Deliver therapy treatments in alignment with plans set by Physical Therapists.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of therapy equipment and workspaces.
- Perform movement, balance, and coordination assessments.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in PTA from an accredited program.
- Active PTA license in Florida.
- Previous experience as a PTA is preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as WebPT.
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
