We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a per-diem opportunity in Willows, CA . In this role, you will provide essential therapeutic services in coordination with a licensed Physical Therapist, supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation journey.

• Support Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
• Lead patients through exercise routines and mobility techniques
• Track and report patient progress to supervising therapists
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliance with clinical guidelines
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise strategies

Requirements

• Education : Associate's Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Licensure : Active California PTA License and BLS Certification (required)
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Technical Skills :
• Skilled in administering therapeutic modalities and exercises
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork
