We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dedicated rehabilitation team in Willows, CA . This per-diem opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic clinical setting and contribute to personalized patient care and recovery outcomes.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Apply therapeutic techniques to promote strength, mobility, and functional independence
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Track and document patient progress in accordance with care standards
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home care strategies

Requirements

• Education : Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure :
• Valid California PT license
• Active BLS certification
• Experience : Minimum 1 year in a rehabilitation or similar clinical setting
• Skills :
• Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Patient-centered care philosophy
