We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with B2C experience to lead lead-generation initiatives and optimize sales funnels. This role focuses on driving the volume of qualified leads, maximizing ad spend efficiency, and refining messaging and targeting strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling online sales and managing budgets effectively. You will be responsible for managing the full paid advertising lifecycle, from audience research to performance analysis.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Design, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Channel Optimization:

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels to ensure efficient ad spend and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and measure campaign KPIs using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign metrics such as traffic, conversions, CPC, CTR, and ROI.

Budget Management:

  • Plan, allocate, and manage budgets across various campaigns and channels to achieve KPIs efficiently.

Industry Trends Monitoring:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related domain.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major PPC platforms.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
