Project Delivery Manager

TINT is looking for a full-time project delivery manager who will be pivotal in the day to day delivery within the operational managed services team in global contracts, with a focus on the USA time zone. The role is a dynamic mix of account management, project management and strategy development.

This role focuses on cultivating engagement across our platform's community, (UGC), and loyalty/advocacy programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about relationship building, possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills, and be a collaborative team player who proactively contributes innovative ideas for enhancing engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.

Responsibilities include supporting the advocacy engagement strategy, fostering customer relationships, project management and contributing to client growth. Typical customers are listed global CPG/FMCG, Retail and Hospitality customer PLCs.

Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Strategy and customer facing operational point of contact.

• Attend global calls to support our 'customer success team' members
• Be the voice of the operational aspects of the client delivery (Customer success will own the main relationship)
• Provide tangible and profitable project delivery plans and execution scopes
• Be aware of operational efficiency and strive to provide slick and scalable workflows with support from Global Project Director and Global Director of Managed Services.
• Operate as a senior manager within the Managed Services team liaising with our teams across the world as well as our operational centre in Krak?w Poland.
• Support our CS (Customer Success Teams) in providing tangible and profitable operational production based on dynamic customer campaign plans.
• Attend 'face to face' Quarterly Business reviews (QBRs) to co-present results, operational improvements and delivery metrics along-side our established Analytics and CS teams.
• Assist in managing our Monday.com workflows for operational delivery, briefing and associated operational schedule forecasting.
• Set operational expectations with customers for a tangible delivery schedule based on contractual scope and timeframes.
• Have a broad set of marketing knowledge, particularly in digital campaigns.
  

Typical ongoing tasks include but are not limited to:

• Email Management
• Community Management
• Copywriting, Proof reading and copy management
• Oversee point deductions when members redeem points
• Oversee two-way communication within Communities that pay for two-way engagement
• Draft and launches Community discussion
• Data workflow development
• Created tangible project plans
• Liaising with Product, Engineering and CS teams to agree operational delivery processes and expectations
• Provide company reports each month on activity
• QA Testing
  

Skills requirements/requests:

• 4-5 Years' Experience in any of these areas or combined:
• Consumer loyalty/relations, social media management, multi channel marketing, Project management, data management, community management or customer experience, solution strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good experience with international customers and listed PLCs.
• Savvy with technology, online software, and social media tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable for customers.
• Able to follow strict brand guidelines and brand requirements with regards to communicating in the brand voice on behalf of the brand.
• Have a strong understanding of data and its possible formats and workflows.
• Have a strong understand of data protection and compliance needs for listed PLCs.
• Be inquisitive about operational processes, and challenge the norm, in a view of making operational improvements that provide scale and profit.
