  • Improve and implement a seamless payroll process, ensuring 100% accuracy and efficiency.
  • Anticipate and adapt to the ever-evolving landscape of payroll regulations, ensuring we stay ahead of the game in every State.
  • Strategically manage payroll changes to maximize compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Reconcile payroll with the general ledger, creating a transparent and auditable financial trail.
  • Resolve payroll inquiries with speed and empathy, fostering a culture of trust and support.
  • Unlock the full potential of our HRIS platform, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with accounting, HR, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine payroll practices, aligning them with our company's culture and values.
  • Take ownership of tax variance audits and find ways to improve all payroll processes.
  • Cultivate relationships with all internal and external partners, and vendors that creates an environment of excellence.

We're seeking someone with 3+ years of payroll processing experience for multiple States, strong MS Excel skills, and a proactive, people-focused approach to problem-solving. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
