Job Description

Symmetrio is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS ERP Developer to support a large government organization in Philadelphia, PA. This role is focused on implementing Position Control within a large-scale Human Resources Management System (HRMS), helping define organizational structure, improve data accuracy, and enhance financial oversight. The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle EBS HRMS expertise, strong PL/SQL skills, and a proven track record with position control in complex enterprise environments.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative, with a salary range of $120,000 to $130,000. While remote work is supported, preference will be given to candidates located within proximity to the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

Evaluate current HRMS and budget data to identify gaps in position control.
Document existing organizational structures and business processes.
Develop findings and recommendations to support Position Control implementation.
Complete gap analyses and identify the number of positions requiring updates.
Outline system and process requirements to enable Position Control functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies and finalize documentation.
Present business value, system benefits, and compliance improvements to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS HRMS and ERP platforms.
Expertise in PL/SQL and SQL within large, complex HR environments.
Hands-on experience implementing Position Control for enterprise-scale systems.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience with public sector or government clients is highly desirable.
