About the Role:
The candidate will join the Portfolio Services Team and play an integral role in leading an operational team as well as performing operational activities. The candidate will report to local Senior Manager and cooperate closely with global teams delivering service to the Client from other corners of the world
What You'll Do
Leading and managing the Team of 10-15 FTEs) and its workload.
Developing directly reporting Team Members as well as ensure an effective work planning and workflow within the team.
Actively manage performance of Client Accounting (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable) Team Members on a regular basis to ensure all their problems are dealt effectively and efficiently.
Ensure all monthly, quarterly, yearly targets are achieved by each Team Member
Ensure highest level of service delivery including data accuracy, KPI`s i.e. quality of all deliverables.
Managing the relation with key Warsaw BSO stakeholders and its satisfaction
Supporting and helping to implement projects for Hyderabad BSO Team in terms of Client Accounting ? data improvements, validation projects, reporting improvements, technology solutions improvements.
Generate & compile performance reports on the regular basis.
Delivery of trainings & presentations
Being an escalation point and ensure that all SLA`s are met.
What You'll Need :
Master?s degree in real estate / finance or similar
Around 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (PTP)
Last Experience - at least 3-4 years as a Manager.
Experience in People Management and Financial Processes Management
Experience and exposure to Clients handling
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
Analytical approach to day-to-day tasks
Client oriented attitude
Able to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met, delivering a high-quality service.
Highly organized to ensure critical control deadlines are met every month.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salesforce or any other CRM knowledge would be an advantage.
Able to coordinate and motivate a team. A team player with proven ability to work easily and effectively across boundaries.
Excellent communication skills including presentation skills.
Ability to engage and present issues for resolution across all levels to the team.
Ability to make change happen in complex environment.
