Position SummaryThe Operations & Executive Support Manager is a key member of The Leadership's small, collaborative team, responsible for ensuring the organization runs smoothly behind the scenes. This hands-on role manages internal operations, supports the Executive Director and Board, and helps deliver high-quality experiences that strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Working across systems, vendors, and programs, the Operations & Executive Support Manager improves day-to-day operations, drives greater efficiency, and expands the organization's capacity. In close partnership with the Engagement & Development Manager, this role also plays a central part in delivering the events and programs that bring The Leadership's mission to life.
This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who excels at planning, execution, and problem-solvingand who thrives in a dynamic environment where thoughtful coordination makes a lasting impact. This position is hybrid and requires travel in and around the Baltimore metropolitan area, as well as occasional evenings and weekends.
