Job Description
We are hunting for an Operations Associate to join our team and help our organization by managing the day-to-day tasks & business operations. You should have excellent Google sheet skills. Operations Associate responsibilities include completing various campaign-related tasks, working with different teams in order to execute client requests & assisting with recruitment & training activities. Work with various departments across the organization to ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed as needed.
Responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting clients with identifying their needs and providing solutions
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful professional relationships
- Using tools such as App Annie, and Mobile Action to conduct keyword research and justify your selection with data
- Collaborating with account managers & internal teams to ensure 100% timely executions of campaigns
- Working actively to prepare & participate in the client-facing meeting
- Creating convincing progress summaries with the help of data representation using Google workspace
- Using tools like Slack, Trello, G Suite, Google Play Console, Google Analytics, App Store Connect, App Annie, Mobile Action, etc.
Requirements
- Candidate should have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree & should not be studying at the moment, should have a laptop to be used at work, should be able to commit full time & willing to travel 4 out of 5 days a week to office
- In this role, you will be expected to possess excellent written and spoken English skills as well as a sound knowledge of MS Office. If you have a superior knack for problem-solving, and strong project and report-writing capabilities, this position could be the perfect fit for you
- Have good command over language & should be able to steer a conversation
- Someone who is immensely confident when it comes to data crunching, short notice deadlines & work under pressure
- Should be able to pre-plan tasks, work with multiple teams & have strong computer proficiency
