Job Description
This role is with one of our portfolio companies.
We're looking for a Growth person who can drive user acquisition and scale up the revenue. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing innovative strategies to attract and engage users whilst keeping paid CAC under control.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Growth Strategy & Optimization:
- Develop data-driven, non-paid user acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify and implement high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable user growth.
- Continuously monitor and optimize acquisition funnels to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).
Content Scaling:
- Develop engaging content strategies to increase brand awareness and organic reach across various channels (SEO, social media, etc.).
- Build and foster thriving online communities that attract and retain users.
- Oversee the creation of compelling YouTube content to drive user acquisition (as highlighted in KR 2).
Product Adoption & Engagement:
- Implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure new users have a positive first experience.
- Identify levers to optimize user engagement and retention within the product.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance features and functionalities that drive organic growth.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze user acquisition metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that optimize our non-paid acquisition efforts.
- Regularly communicate progress and performance to stakeholders
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in growth & revenue role.
- Bachelor's/Master's from top-tier institutes.
- Deep understanding of organic growth channels.
- Expertise in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong content creation skills with a focus on crafting engaging narratives.
- Creative and resourceful with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
