Russo's On The Bay, a premier event venue and restaurant, is currently seeking a Full Time Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end catering and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Full Time Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our guests during events. This includes setting up and breaking down tables, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have everything they need to enjoy their experience.

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure all guests have everything they need to enjoy their experience
• Clean up event spaces at the end of the evening
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure events run smoothly
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Requirements

• Some restaurant experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including tables and chairs
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly between tasks
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations
