As a Network and Voice Engineer at Pall, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our network infrastructure. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our networks. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex network issues, optimizing network performance, and contributing to the overall IT strategy of the company. This position will be located at the Deland, FL office location.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, and deploy network solutions, including LAN, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi networks and monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.

Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

Manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Collaborate with IT team members to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.

Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures.

The essential requirement of the job include:

Proven experience as a Network and Voice Engineer or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).

Hands-on experience with Cisco Wi-Fi, Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto Firewalls and Voice in an MS Teams environment.

Strong understanding of network security principles and practices

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects.

The salary range for this role is $50-$65K USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
